KBH On-Train Media, part of the KBH Group, was launched in 1998. We're the only company who can make advertiser messages an integral part of the rail user's travel time, enabling them to own the journey. We have exclusive media partnerships with thirteen train operating companies: Abellio Greater Anglia, C2C, GTR Thameslink, GTR Great Northern, First Great Western, London Midland, London Overground, Southern, Gatwick Express, Southeastern, Southeastern High Speed, South West Trains and Stansted Express.

The growth of on-train ad opportunities

On-train advertising is part of the outdoor media landscape, and a growth area in every way. There has been a £100bn investment in the UK's railways since 1997 and a further £38bn is committed between now and 2019.

The number of people using rail is rapidly increasing. In 2015-2016 the total number of rail passenger journeys across Britain was 1.68 billion, the highest number since records began. There are 1.2 billion passenger journeys in the KBH region - London and the South East - which is 70% of the total.
